We are thrilled to announce that our founding partner, Leanne Rapley, has launched a mediation practice.

Leanne is a seasoned litigation lawyer who brings 25 years of experience in law to her mediation practice. She honed her legal skills in backrooms, boardrooms, classrooms and courtrooms and has helped clients to the successful resolution of disputes of all kinds. Over the years Leanne has seen it all.

Leanne is a certified Construction Contract Administrator- one of very few Canadian lawyers with that designation. Leanne also completed a challenging executive education course at Harvard’s Program on Negotiation. She is a member of the ADR Institutes of both British Columbia and Ontario.

Leanne brings her many years of litigation experience and intense training in alternative dispute resolution to her mediation practice. She is a no-bullshit mediator, bringing a down-to-earth approach to the mediation table and helping parties involved in disputes find a more streamlined and economical resolution to their issues without engaging the public court process.
